PRICES
CALL OUT
We have a straight forward call out fee of £90.00 + vat (within a 20 mile radius of our Mossley office)
This covers our first hour on site which will enable us to diagnose the fault, If the issue is a straightforward fix and if the parts are on board the van then we should be able to resolve it while on site (parts charged extra)
If the faulty part(s) are not in stock or the problem is more substantial and requires additional time we can usually obtain replacement parts within 48 hours (Parts charged extra)
Additional time on site is charged at £45.00 + vat per hour.
HOURLY RATE
Our hourly rate is £45.00 + vat per hour (within a 20 mile radius of our Mossley office)
This is normally charged for any duration on site after the hourly Call Out has over-run or if an extra visit is required due parts/schedules etc
START-UP Service
We charge £225.00 + vat for a Start-up service.
This service is to get your hot tub back up & running from being closed down over the winter period.

MINOR Service
We charge £200.00 + vat for a Minor service.
This service is ideal if your hot tub just needs a little refresh, We recommend this service carried out every quarter to keep on top of the day to day running of your hot tub.

MAJOR Service
We charge £285.00 + vat for a Major service.
This service is a must if your hot tub has been left neglected for a while.
This service is in-depth and will get your tub back to the best it can be, We recommend this service carried out annually to remove any bacteria build-up within the pipework and to keep the tub running as smooth as possible

CLOSE-DOWN Service
We charge £185.00 + vat for a Close-down service.
This service is to completely drain, clean and protect every part of the tub ready for the winter period and the inevitable frost.
It is imperative that a hot tub that is not used over the winter period to either be left ticking over at a low temperature with good insulation qualities or to be drained correctly to remove the possibility of water freezing inside the tub and causing damage.
